SUPPORT

IT’S YOU
NOT ME.
Quitting vaping can be hard and honestly, it looks different for everyone. There’s no perfect way to do it, and you don’t have to have it all figured out straight away. Here are a few things that might help:
TALK ABOUT IT
Keeping it to yourself can make things feel heavier. Chat to someone you trust, a mate, parent, coach, sibling or support person. Sometimes just saying it out loud helps.
THINK ABOUT IT
Vaping can become part of your routine without you even noticing. Try replacing it with something else, music, gym, sport, driving, gaming, going for a walk… Whatever works for you.
REMEMBER WHY YOU WANTED TO STOP
The first couple of weeks can be rough. Cravings, stress or feeling irritated are all pretty normal when your body is adjusting. That doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It means your body is resetting.
DON’T COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS
Some people quit straight away. Some take a few tries. Progress is progress.
SUPPORT > JUDGEMENT
